Substitution Policy
The flowers and containers shown in pictures serve as a representation of the overall look, which may not be precisely replicated upon ordering due to seasonal restrictions and market conditions. In such instances, we will substitute certain flowers, fillers, and containers with similar alternatives, ensuring the preservation of the arrangement’s overall look, style, and color. All substitutions are made at the discretion of the designer.

Deliveries
Same-day deliveries must be placed before 4:00pm PST. All orders placed after 4:00pm PST will be delivered the next day. Please contact (818) 441-6779 for special requests.

• Specific Delivery Time Requests: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however, you may request a time in the order form, and we will try our very best to accommodate specific time requests.
• What if The Recipient is Not Home?
  If the recipients aren’t home, we’ll either secure the flowers in a safe spot near the door or ask a neighbor to hold onto them temporarily. We may also give them a call to confirm someone will be available to receive the flowers or to verify their address.
• Returns and Exchanges
  While refunds are not permitted as all sales are final, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re open to addressing individual concerns and resolving issues on a case-by-case basis. Coral Path assures the utilization of the freshest, highest quality flowers, materials, and service.
• Cancelations:
  – Orders may only be canceled if done so at least 24 hours prior to submission. For cancellations, please contact (818) 441-6779.
  – Changes to an order may be made by phone, only before the arrangement has been started.
  – Orders may not be canceled or changed for same-day deliveries or after the arrangement has been created.
