Delivery and Substitution Policies

Substitution policy

The flowers and containers seen in pictures may represent an overall look that might not be exactly replicated when ordered (may be caused by seasonal restrictions and various market conditions). If that is the case, we will substitute certain flowers, fillers, and containers with a similar sort, preserving the overall look, style, and color of the arrangement. All substitutions are under the designer’s discretion.

 

Deliveries

Same-day deliveries must be placed before 4:00 pst! All orders placed after 4:00 pm pst will be delivered the next day! Please contact (818) 505-3161 for any questions.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, however, you may request a time in the order form, and we will try our very best to accommodate specific time requests.

If recipients are not home, we will find the safest place by the door, or find a neighbor to temporarily receive the flowers. Recipients may also be contacted by phone for receiving purposes (making sure of someone’s presence to receive flowers at home or address confirmation).

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final and no refunds are permitted. Exchanges will be considered only if item is defective. In such instance, a photograph of the defective item must be emailed to harout@coralpathdesigns.com within 12 hours of original purchase time.

 

Cancelations

  • An order may only be canceled 24 hours prior to having submitted the order. Please call (818) 505-3161 for any cancelations.
  • Changes to an order may be made by phone, only before the arrangement has been started.
  • Orders may not be canceled or changed for same-day deliveries or after the arrangement has been created.
  • Please double-check all orders and make sure everything is correct before checking out!
