Refund and Returns Policy

LOCAL DELIVERIES:

At Coral Path Designs, we offer complimentary delivery to select zip codes in Glendale, Studio City, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. For hand-deliveries outside our free delivery area, a delivery fee will be applied. During the checkout process, the delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES:

While we cannot guarantee deliveries at a specific time due to various factors like traffic, you can provide us with a preferred delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box during the order placement. We will make every effort to deliver the arrangement within your requested time frame. Alternatively, you can also reach out to any of our boutiques to personally discuss your delivery request with one of our team members.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE:

In the event that the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will make an effort to contact you by phone unless you have provided specific instructions on the order form. If we are unable to reach you, we may leave the delivery in a secure place, such as a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor. We may also leave a message requesting you to arrange for a future delivery.

CONTACTING THE RECIPIENT:

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we may need to contact the recipient to confirm the address or ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery. However, if you prefer that we do not contact the recipient, please mention it in the special instruction box during the order placement.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or shipping day. You can reach our cancellation department by calling 1(844) 707-0707.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

All sales at Coral Path Designs are final, as we deal with perishable items that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. However, if you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers by submitting a photo of the arrangement to info@coralpathdesigns.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and require proper care. The recipient is responsible for following the care instructions provided by Coral Path Designs.
